Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen. To be fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when RESCHEDULING or CANCELING an appointment. Anyone canceling with less than 24 hour advance notice will be charged the full amount of the appointment. This amount must be paid prior to any future scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment for any reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full amount for the "no-show" appointment.

Late Arrivals
For anyone who arrives late, their session may be shortened in order to accommodate appointments that follow. The therapist may determine there is not enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of either situation, they will be charged the full amount for the "late arrival" appointment.
